Every order placed on weekdays is shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping rates apply for all orders.
  • Once the payment has been completed, all purchases will be delivered within 2–3 business days (Exception applies to orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Our store is not responsible for merchandise lost after the tracking information states that it has been delivered to the correct address.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Refund Policy

Your online purchase may be returned within 30 days, as long as it follows the following guidelines:.

  • Request for return must be made first 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and tear. (Soles must be clean.). For trying-on purposes, please make sure to do so on the clean floor.
  • Please make sure the items are packaged properly. Put a shoe box in a poly bag or in an appropriate shipping box. DO NOT ship in a shoe box only) with a Return Authorization Slip.

Refund Policy

  • If the returned items are worn, they will not be accepted. In this case, the shipping price will be charged again by the customer if the customer wants us to ship back the item.
  • Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • We only ship brand-new, qualified products. If the item appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us through email
    at wholesalesimplyfashionshoe@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise with a picture.
  • For any damaged return, a 10% fee will be charged from the original price of the purchased item.
